We recently stayed at the Alpharetta Marriott Hotel so that my wife could attend a continuing education class that was being held there. While we were there we visited the 19 North restaurant in the hotel a couple times. The wait staff was great, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. It is a nice open area with seating at the bar and tables. Small but open and inviting. We had cocktails, appetizers and salads... View all feedback.
19 North was a great find. Had both dinner and brunch. Good food. Fully staffed kitchen. If you want to try something different in Alpharetta. This may be a good option.
Food was good and nice staff. If you're up this way it's worth going.
I attended here this morning for breakfast and was blown away by the quality of their French toast! The chef was incredibly friendly and actively reached out to me to serve me. All when I was probably just expecting to eat at the buffet. He engaged me and asking me where I was from and told me about the time he was in the area and what it was like. The server was really on the ball as far as being extensive to our needs refilling drinks and making sure we were taken care of. His name was Matin and very friendly.
Why are there so many 1 star reviews for this place? Here's the deal, 19 North is a restaurant inside of a Marriott. My fellow road warriors know it is rare that you come across a hotel restaurant that isn't horrible. This one is great! I had the fried green tomatoes sandwich and it may have been the best sandwich I have ever had. If you are staying in the hotel and you have had a really long day...head on down to 19 North and have a sandwich and a glass of wine and just chill out. You won't regret it.
6 taps, but 6 taps of local craft beer so very nice for a 'hotel bar ' haha
