Unfortunately I can 't give 5 stars to everything because they never sent me my invoice when I previously asked if they issued and if they sent it. They told me send us a WhatsApp and we will gladly send it to you; here is our number , they wrote a number on the back of the ticket and I never heard from them again. Pasamos a quedarnos al holiday inn y decidimos salir a conocer la plaza por la noche. Después de un rato caminando entramos a Casa Florentina para cenar. De entrada, la mesera nos recibió de una forma muy amable. Nos preparó la mesa y después de ordenar, no tardó mucho en que nos trajeran los alimentos. Quiero destacar que tienen un muy buen servicio de parte de las meseras. Pedimos una pizza vegetariana con masa normal que es delgada y crujiente y una ensalada de espinaca con fresas, queso feta y nueces. La verdad es que a todos nos pareció muy rico lo que consumimos. Las porciones son generosas, la presentación y sabor bastante buenos. De bebidas probamos después los tés y chocolate caliente. La verdad es que espero volver después pero ahora para probar los desayunos. El ambiente es bastante agradable, música de fondo a volumen bajo que permite poder conversar y muy limpio todo. ¡Gracias por su excelente servicio!
Excellent place for brunch. We are from the cdmx, we love to have breakfast in Polanco and in this restaurant I felt at home. The attention of the staff is very good and very friendly. The food is very delicious. I recommend the French bread with nutella, the mocha with marzipan and the brownie cheesecake. Great 10/110 as a plus, they sell beer at any time of the day hehe
