Having gone to school in Ann Arbor and being a frequent visitor, I can't believe I've never eaten at Prickly Pear. Food was great, prices reasonable, portions generous. Loved the cozy booths. Chips and fresh salsa were incredible and worth coming here alone. Really enjoyed our meals which included fish tacos, black bean and chorizo chili and chicken stuffed poblano peppers. We had a reservation but still had to wait minutes to be seated, which is very unprofessional. This was especially frustrating because there is no waiting space, so the restaurant was very crowded. When we were seated, our waiter did not introduce himself to us. He also never came back to ask if we wanted refills on drinks during our hour-long meal.
