Señor Pollo - Arlington Ht

Terrible. Ordered the chicken and it was so dry and hard it was inedible. It's obvious they just reheated food cooked days before. A big waste of money and won't be back. Plenty of other good places around.

Used to love this place but not so much anymore. New owners? Not sure but something has changed.

Placed an order for pickup arrived at time for pickup and they told me they did not even start preparing my order yet. One hour and fifteen minutes after I had placed my order I was finally brought my food. When I returned home with the food it was cold had to reheat everything. The chips in the nachos were extremely greasy and soggy. I'm a first and last time customer!!!

I didn't even get what I paid for, nor anything at all. He seemed scared when I asked about what I had just ordered.

7/8 of the tacos we ordered we good. I got to my last taco and the tortilla was rock hard like it had been out all day. It was extremely disappointing since all of the rest of them were okay. Customer service was not very good. Not friendly. The place was empty on a taco Tuesday…. No wonder.
