"Covid made my first experience awkward. I also was in pain so this didn't help I was ten minutes late Sunday night and felt uncomfortable when told kitchen closes early after I apologised due to stress making me late.I came for relaxing time after work I ended up getting anxious . Food was delicious I understand businesses are doing it hard.. but service enthusiasm for a first time dine in would have made all the difference"

"Went there a couple of weeks ago after calling an having found out that they have a separate vegan menu. Had a pasta that was absolutely amazing but was too stuffed to try any of the deserts! Highly recommend going if you're up for yummy italian food!"

"I cannot fault this place, it’s always a wonderful experience which is why we keep coming back!Maria (the lovely owner) booked us in last minute for a special occasion and made sure we were well looked after! I always get the Tortellini, it’s delicious and then we share a ferrero cheesecake which is INSANELY good. We just need more excuses to bring people here as it’s too good not to share with others!"

"Wu You has everything you could ever want incredible service, incredible food and an incredible atmosphere. The pink lighting and candles certainly makes it stand out among other restaurants. Going onto food, I feel like the fact that my boyfriend ordered three of their Chicky Baos shows just how incredible the food really is. I had been craving their carrot, corn and cabbage dumplings for the entire lockdown so I think that best describes the long lasting effect Wu You had on my tastebuds. The Loaded Fries are also something to call home about. I love kewpie and spicy mayo more than life so was incredibly pleased with their presence on the Loaded Fries. The Broccolini Bok Choy was beautifully cooked and the perfect side for whatever meal you get!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our early dinner, reservation made for 5:30 PM. Service led the evening with every staff being attentive, informative, and friendly; this included the Chef! Our first dining experience in New Zealand, the waiter encouraged questions, which worked out as we were curious of New Zealand authentic foods and wine. Speaking of wine, I was unfamiliar with some of the white wine NZ wineries, a quick solution presented by our waiter, a tasting!! Fabulous. As for the star of the evening, the Wagyu Scotch fillet was perfectly seared and just the right size as we did not want to overeat. The gnocchi dish was insanely delicious, a smart combination of zucchini, snap peas and other accoutrements. The actual gnocchi were clouds with a light crispy outside omgoodness, a must try if you are gnocchi obsessed like me no dessert as we had other itinerary to get too. Of note, there were no screens on the open windows with some flies buzzing at our inside table next to the chef’s area, no one seemed to be concerned, though it was off putting to us Vegetarian options: Restaurant offers delicious vegetarian options Parking: Sundays and holidays free street parking Kid-friendliness: Restaurant accepts well behaved children"
