Great staff with excellent food! Went here once just to try it, then ended up back there two more times that week! Tried different meats/dishes every time I haven't tried chicken yet) and been very satisfied without any complaints. Definitely go check it out. You can't beat the food nor the prices anywhere else. The place and people are great but.. the food is heavy in vinegar and lacks other seasonings. The coleslaw was not the creamy kind but more sweet and vinegar kind (just a fair warning for those that don't like the vinegar based one). The Brunswick stew was a good mixture for a stew. The service was great, and I really like that they make their own salad dressings, but I was disappointed with the ribs and sides.

Very… extremely underwhelming. This is the second time we’ve purchased lunch from Wallace. It’s simply not good. Menu items are under curated. Everything taste like vinegar.
Ribs were dried out,and no meat to taste at that...fries were good. Definitely wouldn't go back
