This is an excellent restaurant we always go to for breakfast or drinks when in Balaruc. Couldn't have a better sea view. Haven't tried lunch, but the menu always looks interesting. Mr. proprietor is very charming and you never have to wait very long for service no matter how busy they are. Had a couple of excellent glasses of sangria better than we've had in Spain... I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Belouga restaurant in Balaruc, and I must say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The setting is charming, offering an atmosphere that is both warm and elegant, ideal for a pleasant evening. However, what really made our visit memorable was Christelle's impeccable service. As soon as we arrived, she greeted us with a beaming smile and an incredibly professional attitude. Throughout the evening, Christelle demonstrated remarkable attention to detail, anticipating our needs with an understated efficiency that made our meal even more enjoyable. His extensive knowledge of the menu and insightful recommendations demonstrated a true passion for the cuisine served at Belouga. She was able to guide us through the dishes and wines with an ease that demonstrated her expertise and dedication. Each interaction with Christelle was punctuated by her kindness and authenticity, adding a personal touch that really made the difference. In summary, our experience at Belouga was enhanced by Christelle's excellent service. If you're looking for a place to enjoy delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere, with top-notch service, I highly recommend Le Belouga. At the edge of the Étang de Thau, a pleasant terrace ideal for enjoying a hearty and well-dressed salad. The price remains reasonable and the service is friendly and efficient.
Très bon restaurant au bord de l'étang de Thau, avec un personnel agréable, une cuisine traditionnelle et revisité. La salade César est magnifique et abondante, les viandes sont bien servies et tendres. À découvrir si vous passez à Balaruc-les-Bains.
Nice place and nice waiters. on the other hand, the quality of the really average dishes: frozen foods and a bulldog is said to be very tender but rather rich in nerves.
