Great food, excellent service, we were seated immediately, and our server attended to our needs efficiently without being excessively obtrusive. I had egg drop soup, an egg roll, and vegetable chow mein. All of them tasted delicious, and the portions were good for a lunch special. The decor is unremarkable. There's free parking out front. What Magen Evers doesn't like about David Chus China Bistro:
growing up, my family would come home with david chu’s sometimes and i would get so excited!! we didn’t have it often because it’s about an hour drive but it really made a family dinner better!! View all feedback.
To start with we ordered vegetable fried rice, chicken with cashewnuts and wok vegetables. They tasted pretty good. Vegetable fried rice had eggs on it so they exchanged it only with vegetables as soon as I addressed the issue. Dumb me, I did not ask in the start. But they were very nice to exchange it and friendly to serve. Restrooms were clean and the place inside looks clean as well. I am surprised it is not that busy when we got there around 12 in the afternoon. Also, for Jewish people they do have Kosher food. On site Rabbi to verify it. I will definitely give a try next time as well.

And, for those of you who care about kashruth, this Chinese restaurant is strictly kosher. I recommend this place, and I plan toreturn.
If you are Kosher, eat here. If you're not, go somewhere else for better Chinese food. I would guess that many people reviewing here have limited places to eat due to Kosher restrictions, so they may be biased. Pretty disappointed with dinner here. Ordered peking duck and crispy eggplant. Almost $80 for just that. Peking Duck was one of the worst I've ever had. Looks like they either took roast duck and over cooked it or they reheated some older duck. I've NEVER seenPeking Duck MEAT browned to the point that it looked like it was roasted over a fire and it was extremely dry. The skin was dry, flavorless, and tasted old. Even the pancakes were thick and tasted like they took flour tortillas and steamedthem. I was torn on the crispy eggplant. I'm not sure if it was crispy when they first brought it, but then they covered in sweet brown sauce that made it soggy. Sorry photos are from when we got home. Overall, just a disappointing meal!I won't be back there.
Our favorite Chinese restaurant! Everything is delicious.
The food is great thanks for Amy for taking care of me and providing great service. Happy holidays Matt
