The Vietnamese rolls at this bakery are good and the service is excellent, but it faces tough competition from Phan Nom just around the corner. The bakery offers a variety of baked goods at reasonable prices, and the Cheese Bacon Roll was a satisfying snack. In the crowded Banh Mi scene in Bankstown, this bakery holds its own with crusty rolls and standard prices, although some aspects like the pate and chili could be improved. They also accept cards with a minimum spending amount. Ideal for a quick lunch, my personal favorites here are the chicken rolls and meat pies, Peter Quang Hot Bread usually has an average rating of 3.2.
