I finally stopped in this morning for the first time. I had the chili relleno breakfast burrito. It was incredible! I'll be honest, I often save leftovers with the intention of eating them, but then don't. Not this time. What Judd Gerhold doesn't like about Longboard Louie's:
I like almost every restaurant in Bend except this place. The restaurant itself is decent in terms of decor. But it ends. The food is just missing taste. Nearby is Taco Salsa if you want to go cheap Mexican food. Service and food are much better. Fantastic Burritos! I had the Hollenbeck. Cool mood and her taste in music was great! The terrace is a nice place to sit and eat.
I had only the chimichanga, both times I went, but it's by far the best chimichanga I had, and I'm not sure I could ever resist ordering it. Appropriate price, worth 2 meals for me, and I love the outdoor seats there.
Great food with great service! Everybody smiles and full of belly. Try a must with a great atmosphere!
In my 60 plus years of living in the southwest and traveling a lot from Mexico and the Caribbean, this place has the best fish tacos from a long shot!
Good size food, great quality, and good service as well!
