Round Table Pizza - Benicia

Haven’t been to a Round Table since Covid and I forgot how amazing their pizza is! Was with a friend originally exploring the marina at Benicia and we decided to go to Round Table on our way home yummmmmm!!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful since my friend is disabled so we were very selective on seating but the staff had no issue helping us. I asked if I could talk to general manager and thanked AJ for an amazing experience here and how accommodating they were which is very hard to find nowadays. Will be coming back :

I was there for lunch Yesterday with my family and I really appreciate Aj the manager there who really took care of me .Aj’s customer service was awesome he was coming to our table like 3 -4 times and was asking how is the food and if you need anything. He is awesome and I will recommend this store to my friends specially to go to AJ. ??

It’s too bad customer service we try beer there tabs not working good not good service take too much time and also beer tab it’s realy try to stolen money from people be careful this place , please save your money and also save your time

Quality has really gone down hill. The last few times the crust has been super thin and dry. Decided to give them a try again today and called in a to go order. They say 30 minutes and the fam was starving so I load everyone in the car and go pick it up. I pay for it and check the pizza, it was hacked to bits. They had cut all of the crust off the pizza. The manager tried to tell me that was totally normal, it happens when the crust gets a little “well done”. The medium I had ordered looked barely like a small, made of small triangles of dry crustless pizza. I say it’s not right and he says “what do you want me to do?” He keeps trying to tell me it’s normal for them to cut all the crust off the pizza and eventually says if I want he could remake the pizza. Unfortunately I had my husband and 10 year old desperately waiting and knew they wouldn’t want to wait another 30 minutes, plus my 3 month old was about to melt down so I finally just took the pizza and left. The manager never apologized for burning then chopping off half my pizza, never offered a discount or a coupon for my next pizza, nothing. We won’t be coming back
