"Suppe had hardly salt. I ordered fried rice with poulet but came with bark since we had no bark eating it had to be thrown away because I called for a few times and nobody went to the phone. very disappointed, though I order more often."

"We came here at a Sunday on Mother's Day. The food was great. The Tartare unfortunately was not spicy at all, even after asking it to be made more spicy. But it still tasted good. Service was very nice, but a bit slow."

"In April I went to the Hueb for the first time and since it was so delicious, I went again in the same month. The Cordon Bleu are very good! On my second visit, however, I was very disappointed with the service. There were two of us and we each ordered a cordon bleu with fries. When the food was delivered, one came with spaetzli. We complained because we ordered fries and both plates were taken away. The correct side dish then came and was served with the comment that they hope it was the right cordon bleus. I already said that I hope so too, since I can 't tolerate onions, but thought that this was just supposed to be a funny saying. Long story short, after a few bites, we noticed that the cordon bleus were really swapped (the contents were the same except for the onions). We exchanged it back, reported the error to the service department when asked and pointed out my intolerance again. While eating the dessert, what was bound to happen happened: I got severe stomach cramps and ended up on the toilet. We paid immediately and pointed out our now broken evening. At home I sat on the toilet until after midnight with severe cramps. I think they should have given us dessert or at least the drinks... Please find a solution to tag your Cordon Bleus! flags for example."

"Stopped at this place today, and to our dismay, and despite, obtaining the attention of not only one, but both of the waitresses, we where left for fifteen minutes in the heat, before one of then bothered to come near us to ask for our order. Then after another fifteen minutes, and still no drinks, my wife and I arose in sheer disgust, and went on our way. I could see through it if it was incredibly busy, but when you are seeing other people arriving, sitting down, and getting, not only their orders takes immediately, but then their drinks being served to them directly, whilst my wife and I sat baking in the hot sun, being ignored. This was totally unacceptable, and if these two waitresses, dont know the simple concept, of people, in line, waiting to get served, they should consider changing job, or indeed, the managment should sack them both. We, for sure won't be ever going here again to give them our custom!!!"
