one of my favorite restaurants in bismarck! for years go and service was always great. server are very friendly and very good when refilling drinks/release blank plates. eating is absolutely amazing! recommend their twin of the sea, passion roll and rainbow roll. her gyoza and mistsuppet is also really good. they have a good choice with their menu. Coming from the North East, the atmosphere is great, but sushi was only ok. Fish quality was fair, rolls were decent, but the fish distribution in each piece was inconsistent. The sushi is not made of sushi rice. The fried rice is from dollars package of ready to eat rice. It’s no where near the authentic Japanese cuisine.
