I needed to grab a quick bite to eat and decided to go to Whondys. I made the right choice - the young man at the counter was very friendly and took care of my order. There was a small issue with my order, but he quickly fixed it. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Thank you for the excellent customer service! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Worst service asked for coffee requested cream sugar on the window .at the window girl tells me that I must tell her if I need cream sugar on order on the carbahn. they ran out of the cream in the morning breakfast time, I asked for credit on coffee they refused to give them credit and tells me that I buy cream somewhere else and with very badly standing they tell me they need me out of their car. very bad experience View all feedback.
Food was fresh had a big order and the guy taking my order got it right the first time and was not annoyed.
We had salads at this restaurant. They were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. We really enjoyed them.
Oh my goodness! Two Wendy's in a row. They locked the door in my face. 5 employees were sitting in the dining room on their phones at 4:50 pm, doing nothing and certainly not working. Whoever owns these franchises needs to wake up. Your staff is terrible and you need new management. COVID-19 is over and it's time to run your business like you care about customers.
A bustling, lively, somewhat crowded restaurant (at least on a Sunday morning) where breakfast is served in a reasonable amount of time and the staff is on the ball, ready to serve up a waffle, omlet, pan cakes or whatever suits your palate.
My whole burger was cold and I drove from the window and took a bite and it was very cold very unsatisfied cheese was not even melted
