Rosemary is prominently featured in many dishes, which might be an issue if you're allergic to it. The portions are generous, and the ambiance is quite inviting. View all feedback.
What Sunshine46674637237 doesn't like about Mediterranean Grill:
Ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese and it was probably the worst one I've ever eaten. There was almost no cream cheese and the bagel was burnt. Thanks for the ruined breakfast. Walk the extra block and go to Max's. View all feedback.
The price is expected for this part of town, but is still too high compared to similar places a few streets over. The quality of food is fine, and the service fine as well, if a little slow; in general, Mediterranean Grill is best described as fine.
Excellent choice. The food is fresh and all dishes are made to order. The employees are super patient and friendly.

Wow!!!I hate eating in boston. Everything is overpriced and stingy portions. But I was amazed at the size of this wrap... Just had their southwest chicken wrap, with a soda was $13!!! And it was good!!! I will definitely come eat here again when I work in the area.
Had the chicken Capri and it was fresh with mozzarella and tomatoes. The Buffalo chicken pizza and the sandwich was also delicious
