"The room is spacious and clean and cozy. The hotel is modern and well maintained. We haven't seen the sauna area, but no one has informed us where it is, or how we did, we wanted to use it. That could have been useful at check-in. There was no bathrobe or the like in the room. In the info book we discovered that we could have the things at the reception. We had a voucher we wanted to redeem before it expires. We bought a certain service that was obviously changed. So the drinks I bought at the time were no longer part of the package. The reception staff was friendly but not very competent."

"Had a Christmas party there on Friday. Food was super only the first remedy at the table of the young man was completely overwhelmed and then large cola put on the table and glasses to fill themselves and still said where to order, that is not cola on the table and the orders sometimes came to drinks for 20 minutes. The young lady who also helped was the whole opposite and really great for the only 3 stars. Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel Highlights: Quiet"
