"Ein sehr kleines aber feines Restaurant mit überschaubarer Karte, die aber sehr ansprechende Gerichte verheißt. Die kalte Gurkensuppe mit geröstetem Fenchel und Ingwerschaum war z. B. eine recht ausgefallene Kombination, die hervorragend gemundet hat. Auch der Hauptgang (kross gebratener Zander) konnte überzeugen. Highlight des Abends war für mich aber die Käseplatte zum Abschluss mit hervorragend ausgesuchten Produkten, die einen tollen Querschnitt boten und auch noch mit ausgesuchten Früchten drapiert waren. Das sollte kein Käsefreund verpassen, hierfür mein besonderes Kompliment! Die Auswahl an zum Gericht passenden Weinen ist übersichtlich aber gut."

"Das Parduin ist ein sehr gutes, gehobenes Restaurant. Frühstücksangebot absolut exellent. Wir haben selten diese Auswahl und Frische erlebt. Hier gibt es viele Nuancen zum Detail. der Service passt sich dem Niveau an. Freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gut geschult. Das Speisenangebot sehr geschmackvoll und vertritt die Region. Guter Service bedeutet auch Geld, dieses Restaurant ist zum Geniessen da."

"Excellent kitchen, very nice and friendly staff We were quite short with a group (8 people). The food was very delicious, the portions good and rich, at a very reasonable price. Absolutely recommended. We like to come back!"
