"Gave them 5 stars a year ago. Never going there again. Decor starting to look run down, with service to match. In spite of the restaurant not being very full, more than an hour after placing our order, we eventually decided to find food elsewhere. No explanation offered, nor an attempt to offer as much as a bun."

Will rather invest in supporting local competitors that actually value their customers. Wish you'd spend more time on fixing your core business than crafting up witting ads and responses."
