For a mountain museum or museum about mountains it is certainly substandard. You might keep the kids busy for 10 minutes until they loose interest. However it is your last chance for having a decent coffee before you enter no coffee zone : Employees fare more busy mending their own business than interacting with customers. Not even a please or thank you .... Autogrill might want, but not only here but rather in general, invest some money in customer relations training.
