This particular experience was not very good. I ordered the brioche French toast. It came out hot but it was rubbery and hard to cut into. They did replace my dish and I did see somewhat of an improvement but I have been to other establishments where my breakfast experiences were noticeably better. Wonderful breakfast. Coffee is very good, never burned. And the bacon is killer.
If you're looking for a fantastic place to have the best breakfast, this is the place. The absolutely best pancakes on the earth. Not to mention all the other food offers.
We had Amy as our server she had such an amazing and welcoming service! Atmosphere was very comforting! Omelettes were very good, the shape of the omelette was different and I really enjoyed it. Biscuit and gravy were ok! Overall a great family restaurant

So myself, my wife and niece went here Sunday and I had to ask for our waitress after about 10-15 minutes of waiting. Finally a very nice young waitress was passing by and I asked her if she could find our waitress? She said yes just a minute. Then she came back shortly to help us and took care of us. Then another waitress brought our food out but she was always in such a hurry you almost had to blurt out everything you needed in 2 seconds before she said ok then disappeared. Megan needs to be a little better at being more patient with customers. I would love to see how she would react if she had some waiter or waitress treat her the same way. Also I have eaten here many times and we were given old bacon with our order. I told Megan about it and she brought out some better looking bacon, but we were nearly done with our food by then. The other waitress that took our order, I wish would have been our waitress. She was patient and kind. I really don 't want to believe that you only get the best food before 12:00 pm, cause we came around 1:00 pm or so.
