"Два пъти опитахме да посетим заведението единият път ни върнаха, защото нямали капацитет да ни обслужат свободни места имаше бол , а на втория в 18:30ч ни казаха, че кухнята ще започне работа в 19:00ч. И това извън сезона И после защо българите бягат в съседните държави да почиват?!"

"Определено препоръчвам този ресторант настаниха ни почти веднага двама души в пикът на вечерята, обслужването беше много бързо нямаше момент, в който да ни липсва нещо. Храната беше вкусна и прясна, хрупкавият патладжан с пармезан много ни хареса!"

"High expectations and big disappointment After we had a nice breakfast we decided to visit the restaurant for dinner. I ordered the Norm Burger and asked for a medium rare patty. First my patty was well done, after the second try it came cold, like freshly out of the freezer. The waiter started arguing with us, but the manger quickly interrupted and offered a solution. That was good. Furthermore we ordered French fries for our son, which were described with truffle and Parmesan on the menu. They came absolutely without nothing. We did not complain, as our son was very hungry and we assumed, that a reduced price will be put on our bill. As, of course, the most expensive ingredients were missing. But, unfortunately the amount was put on the bill, which included the truffle and Parmesan. Again the waiter started arguing with us, telling us, that he assumed, it was for our sun and simply told the chef to leave the Parmesan and truffle out. It’s a pity, as the place looks really nice and they have good food on their menu. But apparently the team is highly overwhelmed by the high amount of guests.
