"Tastiest appetizer was the mini crab dumplings while the entrees were also very good our table had the lamb, the curried shrimp and the pork rib/shrimp combo. The food is rich with generous use of coconut milk in some items. Wine list is by the bottle only with only house wines available by the glass. View of the sea from inside was relaxing and overall the ambiance was pleasant and service was fast enough. Warm local coconut bread with cinnamon butter to start was a very nice touch."

"When in Scarborough, Tobago, we cannot pass by Mr. D's without having a wonderful vegan lunch. All recipes are based on traditional Caribbean cooking. All ingredients are sourced, as much as possible, from local community farmers. Organic ingredients are used as much as possible. The menu changes daily. Take-out options are available. Try the Veggie Fritters, Macaroni Pie, Callaloo, Stewed Pumpkin, Black-eyed Peas, and all kinds of veggies. Top off your lunch with a slice of fresh-baked Pone. They also do fresh juices. There is no other restaurant or cafe on Tobago which is strictly vegan."
