Located at the Seven dials in London. Nice and sizeable wine bar with a cool ambiance. Good selection of wines but even the entry level bottles are pricy. Enjoyable. View all feedback.
What krustyburger666 doesn't like about Compagnie Des Vins Surnaturels Seven Dials:
Second visit here. While the wine menu sounds good, the poor English proficiency of the staff and its lack of knowledge of their own selection is off-putting. As it's been said before, other places offer better value in the same area View all feedback.
What a place! We just walked around Covent Garden when we discovered this corner with small white tables outside and people slept wine and suddenly I felt like in Paris or Italy! We put outside (light to get a table), well heated to enjoy the mood of this rare place. The wine card is impressive, with mostly French bottles, with choice for every taste and palate (and purse). The food is French cuisine and it was delicious. We had the scallops as starters, which was very well cooked, then I had the pita with mushrooms and my friend had the meat tar with potatoes and we were both very happy. At the end we had the chocolate fountain that was right on site: warm and delicious! The service was very nice, especially Christian, who was super friendly and efficient. What started as a random walk and glass wine ended with a delicious dinner and a very good experience.
Very lovely wine bar. Good choice of wine I had a glass of muscadet, it was very nice. A bit expensive £9 for a glass. Located in Neal’s Yard, which is an incredible, vibrant location. On the downside they don’t serve coffee or any other drinks, if you’d like to get it alongside your wine.
The most charming wine bare of the area. Excellent selection of wines (French in particular). The cheeses were simply delicious and the cured ham so good. A stop for a glass and a chat/read could mot ve better. And Neil’s Yard is my favorite spot in the Covent Garden area.
I’ve been to this place for over 7 years , the wine selection is extraordinary. The staff is so knowledgeable and accommodate. They know what they are offering , the atmosphere of the venue is very cosy and also vibrant at the same time.Definitely not to be missed if you are a wine lover! To live a good life, you need to drink good juice !!! Wine lover , never miss this place !! Highly recommended;
Lovely place located in a brilliant area. However I knock down two stars for: a not really nice manager. Proper French and being one myself I'm sad to see that London hasn't changed everyone. Not rude to be fair but definitely not a very client facing person. pricing really above where it should be. £42 for the cheapest bottle of Rosé is really a stretch. In a nutshell I would go back but there are better places in London both in term of pricing/quality as well as employees.
