this business, butcher shop, really threw me away! I have traveled the coast to the coast and try to visit a local metzgerei during my travels, but this? was really above the top. I have never seen a larger selection of meats ever! frog! alligator! bison, etc. if you go to ajs for your fine cuts, then think again.
