this business, butcher shop, really threw me away! I have traveled the coast to the coast and try to visit a local metzgerei during my travels, but this? was really above the top. I have never seen a larger selection of meats ever! frog! alligator! bison, etc. if you go to ajs for your fine cuts, then think again. Great steaks and a very wide variety of specialty meats. Way over priced in my humble opinion. Also when I went in for a soup bone for my dog and only wanted to buy one instead of their large pre packaged tray they looked at my like I was a peon and were rather unfriendly. They seem to be trying to cater to the folks in Cave Creek and Carefree with unlimited amounts of money. Doubt I'll return. read more.
