The San Luis waffle at this restaurant is one of the best breakfast dishes I have ever had. It is perfection on a plate. I typically don't eat waffles often, but these blue corn ones are delicious and feel healthier than traditional ones. The photo doesn't do it justice. Thank you for making my day with this dish.
