Хотя конечно можно придраться, но не буду : Еще был Рибай, 21 ти однодневного вызревания. Наверно я разбалован стейками от Мираторга в 2 см толщиной. Сделать тонкий стейк с прожаркой «медиум» , на мой взгляд очень сложно. Поэтому он был был больше похож на medium well. И от этого жестковат. Полагаю надо было брать филе миньон. То, что я отметил мое субъективное мнение. Не могу сказать, что топ место, но и не скажу, что прям плохо. Если улучшить то, на что я обратил внимание будет прям хорошо, а сейчас нормально."
