the first time to eat here. I am from Taiwan. the bark noodle soup was quite close to what I come back to home. the noodles were freshly produced. bouncy in textur. I think the bark could be a little more delicate. wings were crispy and well cooked, I love the seasoned, but it was a little too salty for me. the restaurant was pretty busy. the service was still great, eating was good. our order came fast. it was a bea... Being in the military, I’ve traveled all over Asia. I ate nothing but rice and noodle dishes for half a decade. It’s always a real treat to find a delicious noodle/rice spot in the states. Had high hopes here, but quite the let down. Did not care for the noodles in the soup whatsoever. Very chalky and flavorless. Very hard to swallow. What an amazing experience! The food made to perfection! My first bite was a burst of flavor. I am so impressed with the service and food quality? They even make the noodles right there in the kitchen for all to see. Amazing ?
This place is amazing! I would come back! Best Chinese food in Virginia!Food: 5/5
The food is so fresh and delicious! Everything we ordered, soups with hand pulled noodles, beef pancake, dumplings, egg rolls, mushu noodles. Incredible dumplings...packed with goodness and stay tight together. Expertly made and everything cooked to perfection. Service is excellent! Worth every bite!!Food: 5/5
I tried the Mongolian Beef this visit. It had just the right level of spiciness. The green onions and onions paired well with the beef both in size and flavor contrast. The beef was tender and delicious. The noodles had just enough sauce; not to the point where it was dripping with sauce. I didn't add any soy sauce. I will definitely order this again!Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian dishes. I recall seeing tofu on the menu, but I'm not sure of the name of the dish.Parking: The parking was ample. The parking lot is small, and it can be difficult to maneuver when large vehicles are coming in and out. There is a Little Cesar's on the other end with a drive-through. It really isn't the best idea for that spot. It blocks one of the entries when the line is long. I wouldn't let this deter me from visiting Noodle Man because there is another entry, at least.
Nice food, u can get any noodles option without chicken, to make it veg onlyFood: 4/5
