Awesome experience !!! The ambiance was nice..... !!

Love this place. It's my go to for out of towners and they rave about it after.

The server was disengaged and flustered, but at some point so we came over to help. And that server was pleasant and redeemed the experience. The music was great and the drinks were good!

I had never been here before but the reviews looked good and it was a first date meeting for drinks near her place so I decided to make a reservation. The place was easy to find they had my reservation and everything was good. When my date got there she ordered wine, I was just drinking Tonic water. I thought the waiter might have been the only ones working as it was taking a long time for him to come over and trashes out drink orders. I ordered a second Tonic and it took almost 20 minutes for it to come out. Later on we tried to order food and that went fine. The sliders were good. But the food was brought out by a different waitress who then asked if I would like another Tonic water and if I wanted some napkins. I said yes to the Tonic and the napkins. About 30 minutes later when we paid the bill and left I had still not received either. Overall cool location, good was decent, and the people were friendly but it took forever to get service. I would try them again because of the good reviews and everyone has an off night but if the same things started happening again I'd leave quick.

We love to use the Berkshire Room as our pre anniversary dinner spot every year. Cocktails are always perfect, but we tried the snackables for the first time and it was okay probably not worth the money. Plus, we made sure to make the reservation extra early on in the night this year because the service is generally slow. We didn't want to be rushed to make our later reservation. TLDR: Love the spot and love the drinks, but would not be a quick pop in spot.
