sure this is one of the most unique chicago breweries. it doesn't have a taproom, just to go bottle and dosen. pipeworks isn't a spot.
another great chicago brewery! steve and I drank a beer here, the fluffo sando and were very impressed by this stout!

"Stopped in for brunch whilst visiting our son, he wanted to take us to Bluebird as he loves their food! Our son is not wrong! Excellent food. I was skeptical about going for a burger but this is not a burger joint! I ordered the Big Texas Juanita with duck fat fries again a recommendation from our son. My husband ordered the Gunslinger (pork belly) with duck fat fries. Wow! The food was absolutely delicious! This is definitely a gem of a place!"
