My family and I have visited Bowens Island approximately 60 times over the last 20 years. we have always considered Bowens Island to be our number one go to place for seafood. We have a condo on Folly and have eaten here for years. Food quality and quantity have been going down the last few years. It's finally hit bottom. Food quality is horrible. Thin cuts of fish, small shrimp, overcooked hush puppies, stale chips, etc. I think Captain D's has higher quality food. The old paper platters are now 8 inch round plates.
