A little disappointing for a menu at 25€. Welcome is beautiful. To answer you, overall, we found that dishes lack refinement, both in preparation and in training. Nothing very bad, but we were waiting a little more, maybe we're too demanding! Small pieces of liver in the cromes that formed a lot of fat in cooking, which was not very pleasant.
