Poppedhere to lunch today as a family. children's menu is a lot of choice. the food was amazing and all made fresh. 1 the owner served us, he was very friendly and welcoming and the other owner did not pass his wife without saying hi 10/10 for everything

That is the second time that we have stopped in the besom for lunch and we will definitely go back. eating is really delicious. the personal is very friendly. a nice dog-friendly pub. many thanks for the water and dog treat pip loved to be spoiled

This is an excellent pub to visit if you're in coldstream. It is beautifully decorated with loads of interesting items , mainly relating to the coldstream guards . The pub and toilets are spotless. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They offer a wide range of food and drink . The menu has a wide range of excellent home cooked food. I had dirty fries followed by the most amazing chocolate fudge cake I think I have ever tasted with a choice of accompaniments . My husband had the homemade steak pie again with a choice of accompaniments. We had a lot of tea which was refilled whenever we needed it. It really was homemade too !!! As stated on the menu. The biggest surprise was the bill it was incredible value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely pub lunch beer..the lady name Carol worked hard all the time we were in the pub ..she looked after everyone who came in ..she was very organised welcoming to us our little dog .
