"We went to pick up something in Charrat and we asked to the local person where to eat. He advice us this restaurant and we have been not disappointed ! From outside it looks very simple and inside is really a bistro with a cafe and separate dining room. Welcome was great and we had the special if the day , lamb and kids had a great risotto and home made nugget. Salad with home made sauce as all the main dishes. Short list of choice but home made for sure ! so great pace to recommend !"

"We rarely post reviews! but the chalet du verard is a real favorite. Human-sized, at the edge of the slopes, warm family welcome, divinely delicious homemade regional dishes at reasonable prices! We went there for 4 lunches and 1 evening. Thank you, it was excellent and it didn’t change anything."
