While some reviewers noted slow service, others raved about delicious menu offerings like corned beef sandwiches and flatbread pizzas. The Ale House's outdoor seating was praised, despite being cold for some diners. The tavern burger and pork chop were standout dishes, along with creme brulee and apple pie desserts. Staff was friendly and attentive, with standout service from servers like Nate. Overall, a great place to dine for a relaxing meal or special occasion.
Great server. Good chicken wings and entree salad very accommodating to any request
We’d been there twice before and enjoyed the food, but this time it was just soso. The chicken on my pear salad seemed to be precooked and barely warmed definitely not freshly grilled. The waitstaff were okay, but our waiter didn’t have his mask covering his nose all the time. The table was a little grubby and it was just dark and sad inside. Maybe it was a bad night maybe we just weren’t into the menu. I’d give it another shot, but will sit outside next time
Always great food and service. Menu is wide ranging, full bar service as well not just microbrews
Food wasn't that great. Came out lukewarm and without any flavor. French toast bites were overcooked, fried green tomatoes were ok but could have used some seasoning, bacon was old and greasy. Alehouse is a nice place but their menu could use some revamping. Won't come back for brunch
We were a group of and chose outdoor seating on a coolcold spring night. The food and beer selections were really good, the actual food didn’t disappoint at all! It just got a little cold for us out there but otherwise a great place to go
