We've ordered Togo from here a few times and a handful of those times something was missing or something was wrong with our order.

"First of all this place is false advertising. I got the Philly cheesesteak bowl and a build your own bowl and it was terrible and bland. #1 it’s so much rice , not enough toppings . There was no flavor at all on the meal . The peppers and onions on the Philly bowl were barely cooked . It was just awful . #2 on my build your own bowl my protein was chicken and the chicken had no flavor , it was almost as if they boiled it when on the menu it says GRILLED CHICKEN !! I could not believe my eyes when I seen the chicken. Overall the food was not worth the $20 I paid and I was extremely dissatisfied. Would not recommend. Only thing that was good was the “tropical” smoothie , it was great!"

"I love authentic Cuban cuisine and this restaurant serves some of the best I ever had. In addition to the ambience that is so intimate and peaceful, the food and drinks are AMAZING and the staff is A1. The server has made great recommendations, reviewed regularly for us without feeling bombarded and even informed us that on Thursday, Friday and Saturday they have music and it is packed so that reservations are recommended. I recommend the Rock Steak and Ron Zombie for a drink! Here"

"Love the vibes here! Can truly do anything… work, chat, eat and drink. I got the fries and honestly they were boot the sour drop beer was good tho and I’m not even a beer girl. The staff is always so pleasant but lowkey I wish they didn’t allow dogs bc why are you barking but the hometown vibe I get it"

"We were excited to finally dine at Goodyear. We had a reservation but still had to wait about 20min for our table. The bread was excellent. I’m not sure what was going on with our server, if they were just carrying a lot of tables or what but it took 45 minutes to finally be able to order our entrees. We ordered the bread and our drinks when we sat down and then didn’t see her for awhile. We didn’t have any plates or silverware to eat our appetizer on and when our entrees were brought out we were able to ask for some plates, napkins and utensils. The rice balls were great, the steak was cooked perfectly but the scallops were SO salty, cooked really well just incredibly salty sear. I’m glad I could check this off my restaurant list but I will say with so much hype around the restaurant the experience overall left me underwhelmed."

"This establishment is a corporate well oiled machine. Even with a line of cars wrapped around the building. Quality suffers with immature associates and mass production. Still, friendliness and consideration remain an obvious priority."
