Acapulco Restaurant Bar #4

I got their Acapulco fries with extra cheese and gravy.

Giving it 3 stars bc they serve you the coke cans… waitress was nice but not very attentive only came to check on us once. Food was good. Place was clean and hostess sat us quickly.

When we walked in to be seated, the waitress seemed bothered. I ordered their enchilada plate with sweet tea and was so disappointed. I had heard that this place had great Mexican food. The enchiladas were bad, no flavor, and the same with their beans and rice. I asked for Chile habaneros and I had to ask several times because the waitress forgot I guess. Then she brings me back store hot sauce, El yucateco. I was so bummed. The sweet tea was a bit fermented, so I don’t think I’ll go back again.

This is the 2nd time we've brought home our to go orders and the charro beans are at best luke warm. The corn Tortillas on the taquitos mexicanos were not warmed up and were tough and the meat had way too much grizzle. We have called to let them know however they didn't care so we will definitely skip them next time.

My husband and I were charged extra when we requested the tortillas morenitas. The extra charge was because it takes longer to brown the tortillas. I bet if we ordered a medium rare steak, they would not deduct from the price since it doesn’t take that long to cook. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT!!
