"I went to Casa Zilli for my birthday dinner with my family. It was one of the best dinners I've ever had, and one I won't forget. The food was incredible (and you certainly won't go away hungry), the surroundings were beautiful set in the countryside of Surrey and the casa zilli team were so kind and attentive throughout the whole evening. "Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Be careful when ordering the Nutmet Special Breakfast as mine didn 't come with any mushrooms or beans and I was charged separately for the cup of coffee when the special is supposed to include the tea or coffee in the price! My wifes small english breakfast breakfast was even smaller as it lacked the advertised fried bread! My fault for not challenging when paying or not paying attention to the menu!"

"I've probably eaten here around 5 times. First off the food in general is really good, big helpings of fairly good quality food. They have an extensive menu of interesting sandwiches and burgers to choose from and when they can coordinate themselves properly it's all good, particularly the curly fries and burgers. On a weekday lunch time however all hell breaks loose. I have tried several different ways of ordering. Once we phoned in the order, arrived and they had no recollection of said order. A few times I have stood in line and ordered, usually waiting around 45 minutes for the food. Another time a work order was placed and they simply forgot my sandwich. If properly managed they could be an even bigger success but from my own experiences they have a business structure that isn't working. If you compare the waiting times to the other various fried goods vans around the industrial estate you find the usual waiting time on a weekday lunch can range between 5 minutes to maybe 15 minutes maximum. If you have a spare hour or more to spend during lunch to get your food then this is the place for you."
