No consistency. One day you get a steak and cheese that's really good and the next time you order not only is the sub wrong but your whole order will be out of wack.

Not only was the food 1.5 hours Late.... But they told me my option was for them to remake the food, And then once again, wait for a driver to come back to deliver it (So chances are it would arrive cold again), Or they could give me credit next time I called.... When I called back to try and just get a refund, They told me they would do that if they could come collect the food and then they would put the money back on the card....SO YOU HAVE TIME TO COME COLLECT YOUR FOOD BACK, BUT NOT DELIVER IT FAST ENOUGH WHERE IT WOULD BE WARM WHEN WE ATE IT?! and when I called back one more time to apologize and just ask for them to remake it....I found out they sent my phone number straight to voicemail so they were no longer accepting Calls from my phone number!!!!???? GOOD JOB UPHAM'S PIZZA!!!?

Food is yummy. Delivery is fast. They forgot my fries and I called to have it refunded instead of making an additional delivery. They agreed but I was never refunded. I get they are busy, but thats bad for business. My first and last time ordering.

I stopped buying from this place a while ago for many reasons. I once saw them yell at a teen girl just because she wanted them to exchange her dessert, she was very polite abt it too. The one they gave her was not edible. I saw it! They've been on the news for their racist behavior. Pay attention to the way the owner replies to the reviews. Rude, passive aggressive, and they have even replied to many reviews by simply using copy paste. I can tell they don't like bad reviews. Nobody does but that should encourage the owners staff to do better. Not get defensive.
