What User likes about Up Skybar Lounge:
Sky Bar is a very large place to have an amazing lunch and the views are some of the best in the quad cities. It is winter in the quad cities and I ask the temporary closure of this place for the fact that it would be a great afternoon eagle viewing experience. What User doesn't like about Up Skybar Lounge:
Beautiful view of the city! Very understaffed. Basically have to go to the bar if you want to get a drink or food, no clear signs where to go or who's in line before you, the place was quite crowded. And a birthday was going on which made the place even more loud. Waited a half hour to get one drink, never got it. May still reconsider coming back for a date night to enjoy the view.
