The food here is absolutely delicious. I am from the Middle West and visited the Hard Rock Hotel for work. I love sushi and was interested to see what Kuro had to offer. The sushi tasted extremely fresh and the Kuro Roll was a completely unique experience with cucumber instead of rice. I also had her dessert and the ginger cake with caramelized apples and whisky ice cream was for dying. I could have eaten two plates!... View all feedback.

Good food with great flavors! Don’t settle, go for the good stuff! Toro was amazing; steak outrageous; and drinks perfection. Sadly the aftereffects were guzzling 2 liters of water because it was hard to get the salt taste out of my mouth. View all feedback.
