The root beer float was runny. Asked for more ice cream. Was told there's an upcharge. Then still only added a few tablespoons of ice cream. This is not an original root beer float. I'm from Baton Rouge and they have an original A&W from when I was a kid in the early 80's. This was very disappointing. View all feedback.

I have cancer and had my 8 pounds therapy dog and was denied service to eat. there were no other customers. I'm very angry with the manager! the ada does not require a banner on my dog as the manager said. my man, grand and I had driven 300 miles and we couldn't eat inside! it was too hot to leave my therapy dog in the vehicle. fun!
