Sal's Italian - Delray Beach

I’ve become hooked on the house salad and vinaigrette. I rarely get addicted to salads, but this one is incredibly fresh and the dressing is fantastic!

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's hands down the best place for shrimp scampi in the area—I’ve tried it at over 20 different places! Their spaghetti with marinara may seem simple, but I can’t get enough of it. I often find myself craving it, and other places just don’t measure up, leaving me wanting more even if I’ve had pasta recently. The garlic rolls are loaded with garlic, which I personally love, but if you're not a fan of a strong garlic flavor, these might not be for you. The chicken parmesan is also fantastic, although I’ve found that when I order it as a sub, it can be a bit dry at times.

I absolutely loved the Sal's Special pizza! It features meatballs, sausage, and ricotta, and you can really taste each topping. Even the crust was flavorful. Additionally, your staff member, Jordan, was very friendly and helpful. I wish your restaurant continued success!

I was blown away by this restaurant! I stopped in because it’s right next to Aldi and I couldn’t believe my luck. It was one of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had, and I've been to Italy numerous times. The pasta fagioli soup was divine, the hot bread melted in my mouth, and the penne alla vodka was exceptional. I also noticed that many pizza orders were going out, so I imagine that’s good too. The service was excellent as well. If you’re shopping at Aldi, be sure to include a lunch or dinner at Sals in your plans!

We waited over 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order, during which we noticed her happily chatting with other customers. We even had to place our order with a busboy. When we told her what we wanted, she made rude faces. Ultimately, we wasted our time and left without eating. I will never return to that restaurant.
