Got stranded in Ashbourne for 14 hours in a broken down bmw (photo as proof! , when it was evident the RAC weren't coming any time soon we walked down to Bennys and had quite frankly one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! As a vegetarian you're pretty goosed for takeaway food so cheese pizza has to be top notch to earn a review and this absolutely was. What david parry doesn't like about Bennys Pizza Kebab House:
I was charged £19 for a 10-inch cheese garlic bread, a double cheeseburger, a portion of chips (which was supposed to be large but was not), and a small pot of garlic sauce. I remember this meal costing just over £10 not too long ago. Perhaps there is a different price for regular customers, who knows? The service, food, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1. A very standard cash only takeaway, reasonably expensive for what it is.
Briliant and the staff are amazing. Great Kebabs Pizza or Burgers go on give it a try you will enjoy it.
This placevisva rightblittle gem..always busy staff friendly..good food. Burgers. Grilled chicken tikka kebabs and pizza is what we have had. Reasonable prices tasty food always call in when in ashbourne..nice one benny
I asked for chicken kebab and the man said they did not do chicken kebabs, so I looked at the menu and pointed out that he sold it. I left my colleague in there and went to the chippy next door..to come back to my buddy to find that he had cooked a kebab for him. Maybe I can't speak fluently English or understand my leicester akzent. either was hard work, so I just left. I went in 2 weeks later and gave him another chance that I had donna meat and chips was really nice and hot from chili sauce.
