I loved the dark roast coffee! my Gingersnap cookie was delicious. the other cookie I bought was okay (oatmeal toffee something). it had crispy edges that were really good, but a very soft center I didn't care for. my daughter had the multi-grain bag and she said it was the best she had. she likes the green smoothie she ordered, but wished it was a little sweeter. What User doesn't like about The Perks Of Life:
Nice little coffee shop in Eagle. They met with the family for a start in our Sunday morning. My son had hot chocolate and a blueberry and rated both good but not great. I had a raspberry loaf that was just okay. For the ambience, the main room is somehow cold and sterile, but there is a living room on the side, the couches and tables to the chat and looks much more cozy. Those boysenberry scones are to die for. Best chai tea so far. This place is just like walking into a living room. Great atmosphere and very welcoming. Avoiding chains and supporting local shops is the way to go.
Amazing. Great coffee, hands down the BEST pecan pie to ever exist, and the most genuine, friendly family who own this shop. I wish I didn't live so far away, or I'd be in every day.

Raspberry Lemon scone rocks! Plus my flavorful iced mocha was not a watery mess after just a few sips like Starbucks. Will be back!
