One of our favorite Chinese restaurants is Number One. They serve fresh, delicious food cooked quickly. I have tried many Chinese restaurants, but this place never fails to impress me. The shrimp in lobster sauce over pork fried rice is particularly good. The shrimp is always cooked perfectly and the flavor is amazing.
