What Rebecca Morales doesn't like about The Shack:
While the food has never been a disappointment, the service at this location is awful. After we received our food our server never came back to the table. We asked for drink refills, nothing. Our server was wearing gloves and seemed to not know proper food handling that requires you to switch gloves after you touch currency or anything other than food. Again the food was top notch but the servers make or break it. View all feedback.
Kid-friendliness: I had a 2 yr old with me who was acting like a 2 yr old. Everyone was very understanding and tolerant
Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart... she recognized 2 teens need soda refills without asking!!!

In addition to a variety of dishes, the card also offers a selection of beverages and typical house dishes.
