"Went to this spot for brunch… we were 15 mins late for a reservation due to an accident on the turnpike since we were coming from 40 minutes away,so we called and told the lady at the front desk that we were late. She said our reservation was canceled and our card was charged for missing the reservation,so we made another reservation for 2 hours later. We waited in the car for those 2 hours and then went in about 10 minutes early. We were seated and noticed that the entire restaurant was empty except for about 7-8 tables which let us know that it would have been possible to be seated at 1. We noticed that there is a 2 hour time limit so we expected service at 3pm since that was our reservation and that’s when the clock started on our outing. We also noticed that the waitress checked on the table next to us who was already seated and then she disappeared. 2 more girls showed up after us and the waitress promptly greeted them and took their drink orders without even acknowledging us. Since there was a 18% gratuity added to the check for any party under 6 and we were planning on spending a lot of money that afternoon, we didn’t feel like her service was up to par. Our “dining clock” started about 10-15 minutes before the other patrons but we were not even greeted after being seated. We did call to speak with the same lady at the front desk but was not offered any relief. I wish this place had better management and customer service. It seems like it would have been a good spot to frequent but we will never know since we will not patronize this business again and I will be sure to let colleagues and friends know about our experience."
