What User doesn't like about Tavern 23:
I really wanted to like this place as I live very close. Maybe the bar gets lively toward happy hour or maybe they have some specials. But I went for lunch and the salad was so average and the walleye was bland, unseasoned and plopped on a soggy bun with a piece of lettuce, 3 flimsy pickles and a whitish/pinkish tomato. Our waitress was uninterested in us, didn’t fill waters until we asked and didn’t even check in on... View all feedback.
