Browns - El Campello

I have never done this before but feel the need to “reply” to the “ AWFUL SERVICE” review left by quite simply an awful rude woman ! I was actually stood in the queue when the “woman” in question decided she was above everyone else and proceeded to barge to the front of the queue she was told by numerous people that there was a queue to no avail !!! Then to watch her literally move food around WITH HER HANDS and pick up NUMEROUS Yorkshire puddings those that have been to browns will know Yorkies are served to you by Stuart the chef was quite , well , revolting ! The woman had no manners , no etiquette and really needs to sort out her manners ! Tony and stuart have ran this fantastic venue for many many years and it saddens me that some vile , rude and quite frankly ignorant person can leave such a horrific review , Tony Stuart , hold your heads high and keep doing what you do because it’s what people come back for time after time and will continue to do so , Stuart I was there remember did NOT swear at the woman but with more patience than a saint I have to say kindly asked her NOT to “handle” the food with her hands , I certainly wouldn’t have been so polite had it been me ! For those thinking of going please IGNORE the 1 star review because it’s simply 5 star all the way ! Oh and by the way to the “lady” in question you must be very proud that your 11 year old son was literally apologising for your outrageous behaviour to people !!

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE.. been spoken to in such a disgusting manner in a place where I have come to pay money to eat. I was verbally abused by both of the men running and cooking the place together. The guy who did the food was named Stuart. He verbally abused me both times while I was there hoping to purchase a Sunday roast in peace and quiet with my son and mother. I was swore at, and physically intimidated by Tony the bar man and hosts, (owner) Stuart (the cook). Reducing me to tears I for t of my 11 year old son. Please do not waste your time thinking you are appreciated as a customer in this place. They are terrible people who should not have the pleasure of working with the public. They should be ASHAMED of themselves and be put out of business.

Having lived in benidorm now for 8 years , when we get the chance to visit this diamond of a place on a Sunday it just gets better and better ! The food is second to none and value for money is unbelievable. The owners Tony and Stu just can’t do enough for you and even on a Sunday best Sunday lunch out there believe me when they are rushed off their feet the staff still smile and the service is excellent ! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go , especially for the Sunday lunch. Well done boys , we will be back !

Absolutely fantastic time. Lunch was delicious and pricing is great. The atmosphere was lovely and entertainment from a singer had people joining in. 100% recommended, a must if you’re in the area

Amazing carvery food, amazing staff, and a lot of fun to be had! Excellent quality food and value for money....highly recommended!!
