Kentucky Fried Chicken Kfc - Espéraza

We were thrilled to see this place. Nice drive through and the Place looked really nice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean , looked at the MENU on SHOP DISPLAY. THEY CLEARY SHOW PICTURES OF THE BARGAIN BUCKET but when I quetioned how many legs and breasts are included . Well what a shocker !!!!!!!!!!! WE DON 'T DO BARGAIN BUCKETS that include KFC LEGS ETC just chicken fillets or spicy pop corn. We had the fillets and chips at 20 Euro 's ! It was dry , must have been on display for ages !! Certainly not moist. Won 't be going back ! However kids liked the KFC wraps. They shouldn 't mislead the publick with pictures of Legs next to a Bucket if you don 't sell it !!! Never got a reply back from KFC CEO on wrongly advertising !!!

I put a to go order in at 3:02pm and am just leaving at 3:38! 1 two pc meal, 2 chicken pot pies and 2 apple pies. They did not tell me at the time of placing the order that they did not have any chicken pot pies ready until I went up to inquire of my order 28 minutes after ordering! If I knew that I would have to wait for them THIS LONG I would have ordered something else. They should have told me at the time I placed the order!!! The workers behind the counter had no sense of urgency nor concern. The women ahead of me kept waiting for her meal and they gave it to the wrong person! She too was livid. Every trip here to this KFC in Cherokee has been bad. This tops the cake! I never will darken the doors of this establishment again and suggest you do the same!!!

First, this is a kfc, you should not expect much. Had a grilled filet burger. The meat was so over cooked that is was more like a shoe sole or thick paper. Toilets were disgusting and staff were more focused on smoking outside and flirting than keeping up with the guests. Not returning, ever.

Clean, tidy and friendly staff. With limited french skills, we used the automated ordering machines located just inside. Can either be in english or french. Ordered our entire meal via this and collected it from the service desk when ready. Can either pay by card at the machine or cash upon collection. Food is what it is, tasty if you love chicken. For our family of 5 with main meals, drinks and desserts we spent around €50. Plenty of free parking. Has a drive through. And free wifi. Bon Appétit...

Called in here after a visit to Carcassonne hospital. The restaurant was clean and organised, the staff were friendly and helpful. We used the order screens and then sat outside. I had a Zinger box meal and I must say it was as nice a piece of chicken as I've had anywhere this year (and I've been to some expensive restaurants lately).
